We can provide Full Architectural or Footprint drawings of all types of commercial property.

As a full site survey is required for the generation of an EPC, we are able to offer a subsequent discount in the cost of producing floor plans. Our plans can be delivered in hard copy A4 or A3 formats or as digital files.

Every time an EPC or DEC is required, having a set of floor plans with dimensions significantly reduces surveying time.

Costs

The Size and complexity of a building determines the time required to produce quality CAD drawings, either in the more detailed Full Architectural style, or Footprint format more commonly used by Commercial Agents. Examples of both kinds are illustrated.

Full Architectural: Internal & External dimensions. Walls, doors and windows detailed.

Footprint: Key Internal dimensions with areas of usable space drawn to RICS standards.

An accurate quotation can be given immediately after a few simple details have been clarified.
